Cairngorms, Highlands Scotland
We are inspired by our beautiful surroundings, deep in the Scottish Highlands. Each of our bedrooms showcase panoramic views of the spectacular landscape, while the verdant countryside is home to a wide variety of wildlife, from Golden Eagle and Osprey to Red Deer Stag and Pine Martin, as well as an abundance of wild flowers, plants and trees.
Visit the Meller family farm, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Fauxquets Valley, and discover how the island became home to the award-winning Rocquette cider.

You’ll then enjoy a cider and fruit liqueur tasting in the picturesque tasting room, accompanied by delicious Guernsey cheese and biscuits, and homemade apple chutney.
