The Duke of Richmond serves a sumptuous Afternoon Tea daily in the Zebra Lounge, the Conservatory or, weather permitting, on the sun-washed terrace. Afternoon Tea remains one of life’s great traditions and our menu naturally includes the classics; a selection of delicious finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with preserves and clotted cream, and Chef's delicate tea pastries.

Explore the wonderful world of gin as we take you on a gin safari. Join us for a gin-tasting journey with a difference. You'll hunt down rare botanicals, discover exotic flavours and then utilise them in your very own bespoke brew.

We have four gin safaris waiting to be discovered, each encompassing three gins from across the world to be enjoyed with accompanying light bites.

Cocktail Masterclass

Master the art of cocktail making with our Cocktail Making Masterclass, led by our very own expert Bartenders. As you learn the very best techniques, so too will you have the chance to indulge in your favourite drinks.

From mojitos to cosmopolitans, each guest will learn to perfect two classic cocktails.

Explore Sark by horse & carriage

A 50-minute boat ride from Guernsey, Sark is the crown jewel of the Channel Islands, with a population of around 500 people. Cars are prohibited so a horse-drawn carriage is the best way to see all this beautiful spot has to offer. Accompanied by Philip Perrée, one of Sark’s best known characters and most knowledgeable tour guides, your experience is yours for the making.  

Marvel at the island’s unspoilt landscape and charming unpaved roads, explore the island museum, and cross over the famous La Coupee to Little Sark, where you might stop for some lunch or afternoon tea.
