We pride ourselves in sourcing as much local produce as possible.  Our Executive Head Chef Richard Frankham and his team have created menus featuring an abundance of local dishes incorporating Guernsey beef, seafood, fruit, dairy, vegetables and herbs.

How to book

Enquiries for large group bookings are now open. Please make your enquiry online for your chosen day and a member of the team will be in touch.

Availability will be limited and bookings will only be taken online. Deposits and pre-orders will be required.
