Guests can watch Executive Chef, Richard Frankham, cooking up a storm through the open kitchen, and indulge in everything from the freshest Guernsey seafood, sourced locally from Manor Farm Foods, to celebrated signature dishes created by our founder, Beatrice Tollman.
